At Bravadas Wigs and Hair Restoration, we are always looking for new products to help with hair loss and/or regrowth. We are so happy to announce that we now carry Zenagen in both our Omaha and Kansas City locations. What is Zenegen? Zenagen is an award-winning professional hair care brand that promotes hair regrowth. It is sold in some of the most high-end salons in the country. Their formulas are the result of years of nutraceutical research and product development and feature plant-based, natural ingredients proven to address the root causes of hair loss. They strive to have products that are inclusive of all hair types and textures that tackle hair issues including hair loss and hair repair, which makes them a perfect partner for Bravadas.
Jared Reynolds is the creator and founder of Zenegen. He first began searching for hair loss solutions as a medical student, when he noticed his hair thinning and shedding. Through his medical studies, Jared learned that high-quality nutraceutical ingredients and an advanced delivery system were key to creating a truly effective, natural, and easy-to-use hair loss solution.
THE CAUSE OF HAIR LOSS
In order to understand how these products work, you first need to understand what they are addressing. If you are currently a client of Bravadas you may already know how hair loss happens. If not, please continue reading. DHT, or dihydrotestosterone, is a natural hormone that is present in the hair follicle. DHT cuts off vital blood flow to the follicle, causing it to weaken over time and eventually stop producing hair. The buildup of DHT is the most common cause of men's and women's hair loss.
ZENAGEN’S DHT CLEANSE
Zenagen’s Shampoo Treatment systems penetrate the scalp with a gentle, stimulating green tea delivery system. Their proprietary blend of plant-based nutraceutical ingredients cleanse and remove existing DHT from the hair follicle. It also blocks future production of DHT to allow the hair follicle to grow stronger, thicker, and healthier hair.
What makes Zenagen different?
Unlike most hair loss products, Zenagen relies on natural ingredients like green tea, saw palmetto, and red clover extract to stop hair loss at the source and grow thicker, fuller hair. Zenagen Revolve penetrates into the dermal layer where hair loss occurs and attacks DHT, the hormone that causes hair loss, in two ways: It removes existing DHT and stops future DHT from being produced. This advanced technology takes only 5 minutes and is used 3 – 4 times per week.
Which Zenegen Line is Right for Me?
Zenagen Revolve and Evolve lines target different hair concerns, so it’s important to determine which line is right for you. If you suffer from thinning or shedding hair related to hair loss, use the Zenagen Revolve system. If you have hair breakage caused by heat damage, want to grow longer hair, or simply want to maintain full, healthy hair, use the Zenagen Evolve system. If you have any doubts about which line is right for you, one of Bravadas highly trained hair specialists will be happy to assist you.
How do I use the Zenagen?
Revolve Professional Thickening Therapy and Evolve Professional Accelerating Therapy systems feature convenient shampoo treatments that are used in the shower 3 – 4 times per week (Revolve) or 2 – 4 times per week (Evolve). For optimal results, shampoo must remain on the hair and scalp for 5 minutes. Revolve and Evolve Hydration Therapy Conditioner can be rinsed immediately or when desired.
When is it too late to treat hair loss?
It is important to understand that the hair follicle is a living organ that must be alive to grow. When a hair follicle dies (which can take as long as 5 – 10 hair cycles), there is no longer viable hair. Therefore, if a person has been completely bald for years, it is likely that their hair follicles have died, and their hair will not regrow.
How long does it take to see results?
The first noticeable effect of Zenagen Revolve is a major reduction in shedding and hair loss within 2 – 6 weeks. Density and coverage begin to restore at the 3-month mark. Peak results occur between 9 – 24 months, depending on the severity of hair loss before beginning the system.
